To obtain a solution people need to complete Tax return application for determining the inheritance tax and gift tax (form completed by the municipality) with:

1.      Contract for gift-deviation property during the life in six copies and signed by the agreed parties,

2.      Married or birth certificate  for the gift receiver and they should be not older than six months,

3.      Data on heritable property,

4.      Data on immovable property,

5.      Certificate for paid taxes with paid administrative fees of 100 denars for each agreed side.

6.      Proof of paid 300 denars on the name of the administrative fee.

The deadline for adoption of the Act is 30 days after the receipt of complete documentation.
