Application for determining the sales tax on the real estate contract for replacement

Two Tax return Applications are filled in to determine the sales tax on the real estate (finished form of the municipality) with:

Contract for replacement in six copies signed by both parties,
Property deeds from both agreed sides, and they should be one original and one copy not older than six months,
Evidence of paid fee of 100 denars for each agreed side,
Certificate for paid taxes with paid administrative fees of 100 denars for each agreed side.

The deadline for adoption of the Act is 30 days after the receipt of the complete documentation.
