Stip always was a journalist city, in which the system of informing is developed. To the declaration of independence of Macedonia, in Stip has functioned radio Stip. This radio station was formed in the 1960. Long decades from the printed media has also functioned the Stipski newspaper, which because of the financial problems has stopped to come out. When the TV’s are inquestion, till the 90’s of the past century were available only the channels of the Macedonian television.
