Today the Mayor of Municipality Shtip, Blagoj Bochvarski had a meeting with the Ambassador of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, Rachel Galloway.

Mayor Bochvarski informed the Ambassador about the infrastructure activities and the current affairs in the Municipality of Shtip.

The local government works committed to improve the social life and therefore such meetings with representatives from several countries are always in favor, in oder to undertake good practices and improve the quality of life for the citizens.

„I thanked for the support from Britain for Macedonia about the entrance into NATO alliances, which means that our country is equal to all NAT alliances,“ said Mayor Bochvarski.

Mayor Bochvarski and the Ambassador Galloway visited the multimedia center where the monumental room of Kiro Gligorov is, the first President of Macedonia.

„This is an opportunity for me to meet people outside Skopje and hear what the important issues for people from other cities are.
The Mayor informed me about the priorities, infrastructure, the economy and we talked about how to intensify our cooperation in future, “ said the Ambassador.
