Today the Mayor of Shtip, Blagoj Bocvharski had an insight in the work of the new street lighting at various locations in the city. New street lighting in the settlement Babi 6, on the streets 6 and 7, in the settlement Senjak at the object “Luna Komerc” and in the settlement Blok 2000. On the streets in the settlement Babi performer is the new lighting company Digital DOOEL Strumica, while in the settlements Senjak and Blok 2000 performer is TM DOO-SHtip. 

„We are located in the settlement Babi, on the streets 6 and 7 where streets were asphalted. In this settlement we are continuing with building the infrastructure which is necessary for a normal functioning of the residents, and this is the street lighting and afterwards sidewalks on this street will be placed.

This means that we are completing the infrastructure, except streets, water supply and sewerage; we are already working on street lighting of this part of the city. At the same time, were placed tenders for two more blocks in the city, and that is Block 2000 which is 380 meters placing new street lighting and in the settlement Senjak at the object “Luna Komerc” are already placed 455 meters new street lighting

Here in the settlement Babi there are 300 meters, which means that we already have new street lighting of about 1135 meters. The price of cost of all the constructional activities in the part of infrastructure are about 2.000.000.00 MKD, and it is a special tender that gets two different companies and we are already seeing that in this period we are working on implementation of this project.

This is very important because of the safety of the citizens, because the citizens are already building here and in other parts of the city they paid their own communes. In the settlement Blok 2000 it is characteristic that already a certain period, more than 4 years people live in their homes, paid for their communes and do not have street lighting. So we took care of all these damages, we found in order to provide better life for the citizens in the municipality of Shtip, said Mayr Bochvarski.

After the completion of the new street lighting, on this streets the Municipality of Shtip will continue with the construction of the sidewalks.
