Today the Mayor of Municipality Shtip, Blagoj Bochvarski, together with representatives from the center of development of EPR and the construction company “Vardar Gradba Skopje” signed the Contract for construction of a kindergarten.

„Today to my great satisfaction and to the pleasure of all of us here signatories to this agreement and to the satisfaction of all citizens of the Municipality of Shtip and to those who need to use this kindergarten in future, we inform the citizens that today we signed an Agreement with the construction company which gave the most favorable bid of the tender procedure. 

The company is “Vardar Gradba Skopje” which will build the kindergarten in Shtip after thirty years. This is the biggest capital project in the part of the construction of kindergartens or such type of facilities. It is a kindergarten for about 200 children, which is designed with two wings. The two wings of this kindergarten will be built in the settlement Senjak 4.

The investment is in the amount of 50.400.000 MKD. This is an investment with co-financing of Municipality Shtip and the Center for development of EPR. Around 68% of the funds are provided from the budget of Municipality Shtip, and the other 32% are provided from the Center of Development of EPR.

We expect the construction to begin soon. The supervision will be introduced by the contractor in construction and soon the construction activities on the field will begin also. The deadline is about a year and we are already talking with the Ministry of labor and social policy to provide funds by them for equipping the internal part of the equipmen for the next year when the construction is ready.

The steps will go fast, I believe that the time will be served by the contractor so that he can finish the construction obligations on time” said Mayor Bochvarski after signing the agreement.
