For receiving a permission it’s needed to be delivered:

Request (made blank form from the municipality)

Towards the request are also subscribed:

A copy from the decision for registration in the Central register, with an activity for the line transport of people, not older than 60 days,
Evidence for property of the vehicles registered on the name of the company, or a contract for leasing,
Confirmation for fulfilling of the technical exploitation characteristics of the vehicles,

Made agreement with a juridical person with the list of the people who will be transported,

Temporal terms for departure and returning in which the transport will be done,
An agreement on the employment, blank form M1/M2,
A copy of the registration document of the vehicle,
A copy of the driving license of the driver,
List of drivers and vehicles,
A copy of the license for making a special transport of the people certified by the notary,
Certification of the licenses of the vehicles,
Evidence for paid 650 denars on the name of the administrative taxes.

The duration of bringing the act is 30 days after the reception of the complete documentation.
