To obtain a solution people need to complete Tax return application for confirmation on the tax of the real estate sale (final form by the municipality) with:

1.      Legal basis (property list),

2.      Data for the owner of real property,

3.      Data on those who exceed the right of ownership,

4.      Data for the real estate,

5.      Certificate for paid taxes and fees

The deadline for adoption of the Act is 15 days after the receipt of complete documentation.
