Today the Mayor of Municipality Shtip, Blagoj Bochvarski made an insight in the construction activities connected to the arranging of the playground in the settlement Levaci. This is a playground used for decades by young residents of this settlement, left without any construction or reconstruction. But the long-term negligence is now past, because in the past few months and in this part of the city, the necessary activities have been undertaken for renewal and restoration.   

„We are working on the asphalting of two parts for sports in the playground. Previously PE “Stipion” excavated the material here, compaction of this space and installed several concrete walls. It is already being asphalted and in the next period we will continue with the production of several more concrete elements, walls, which will complete the reconstruction of this playground. In fact, this was also a request from the citizens of this urban community and during the pre-election period, but also during their meetings with them during this period, they constantly emphasized that this is one of the places that need to be reconstructed.

It is a 480 meters new asphalt surface on these two terrains. Some of the funds that are being reconstructed and are an investment of the Municipality of Shtip, and some of them are citizens who live here. The entire playground will cost around 2.500.000 MKD.

One terrain will be provided for soccer and basketball and the other field will be provided for volleyball” said Mayor Bochvarski.
