за добивање на одобрение за градење за објекти кои во рамки на ИПАРД програма се градат на градежно земјиште за кое е донесена урбанистичко - планска документација

За добивање на одобрение за градење инвеститорот поднесува писмено барање (образецот на барањето е утврден со Правилникот за формата и содржината на барањето за одобрение и формата и содржината на одобрението за градење објавен во Службен весник на Република Македонија бр.24/11)  до општината на чие подрачје треба да се гради објектот.

An Application is completed to the Building Inspection (completed form is received in the municipality) .

Based on the made insight on the same place the inspector can issue:

The determination of the deadline depends on the severity of the case and it’s the right of the inspector, but not later than 8 days.

Extract from the urban plan shows what is planned for building on the specified location and is the basis for the future design. For publication Abstract from the urban plan is submitted:

-        Application (completed form is received in the municipality)

The deadline for issuing a Statement from the urban plan is 5 days after the receipt of complete documentation.
